Throughout his career, Wim has supported organizations with complex licensing issues, contract renewals, and strategic decision-making regarding Microsoft technology. His experience ranges from Microsoft 365 and Azure to Enterprise Agreements and other enterprise contract forms.
Within BeSharp Experts, Wim leads the services organization and guides clients in translating their IT roadmap into concrete licensing and contract scenarios. Based on future developments, user needs, and organizational objectives, he develops various scenarios that enable organizations to make better-informed choices regarding their Microsoft environment.
In addition, Wim supports organizations in optimizing Microsoft 365 user profiles, so that licenses better align with actual usage within the organization. This enables organizations to control costs, mitigate compliance risks, and simultaneously keep the right functionalities available for end users.
As an experienced negotiator, Wim represents clients during contract renewals and negotiations with Microsoft. Throughout his career, he has guided organizations in Europe and the United States through complex Microsoft contract negotiations and strategic licensing processes for both mid-sized organizations and international enterprises.
